Terms of Service

Version 2.1 · Effective date: 19 September 2026

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Brotherhood Intelligence, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

Business-user eligibility

Brotherhood Intelligence is intended for business users who are able to form a binding contract. You represent that you are authorised to manage the business information you submit.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must use accurate and current information when registering and managing your workspace.

Authority to manage business information

You must have proper authority from the relevant business before connecting, modifying, or otherwise managing business profiles, locations, or public information through the platform.

Current beta/pilot nature

Brotherhood Intelligence is currently offered as a beta/pilot product. Features may be limited, changed, or unavailable without notice.

Permitted use

You may use Brotherhood Intelligence to manage your own business information, collect optional private feedback, and review dashboards and configuration tools made available to you. Where you authorize Google Business Profile connectivity, you may read and reply to your reviews through our unified API provider (Zernio), with replies published only after your approval.

Prohibited conduct

  • Creating, fabricating, or submitting customer reviews that are not genuine.
  • Offering incentives or rewards conditioned on a particular review or rating.
  • Routing or gating customers by rating.
  • Impersonating another person or business.
  • Managing a business profile or location without authorisation.
  • Posting unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
  • Attempting to bypass security controls or access non-public parts of the service.

User responsibility for submitted content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content or business information you submit, upload, or connect through Brotherhood Intelligence.

Third-party platform dependence

Brotherhood Intelligence may rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Supabase, WhatsApp, and our unified API provider Zernio. Google Business Profile access is provided through Zernio, which holds the Google-issued tokens on our behalf under its own security controls. Availability and behaviour of those platforms may change outside our control.

Auto-replies and AI-assisted drafts

Merchants may optionally enable template-based auto-replies for incoming reviews. When enabled, auto-replies are generated from merchant-authored templates, attributed to the merchant's account, recorded in the audit trail, and remain the merchant's responsibility. Auto-reply is a response mechanism only — it never gates, filters, or routes any customer's access to the Google review flow, and is disabled by default.

If AI-assisted reply drafting is introduced later, any generated text will remain a draft for merchant review and approval.

Intellectual property

Brotherhood Intelligence, its design, code, visual materials, and documentation are owned by Brotherhood Consulting or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own business data and submitted content, subject to the rights needed to operate the service.

Confidentiality and business data

We treat business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and reasonable operational safeguards. You should not submit secrets, OAuth tokens, or highly sensitive credential material through ordinary support channels.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Brotherhood Intelligence if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or where required by applicable law.

No uptime SLA

Brotherhood Intelligence is provided without an uptime service-level agreement. We do not guarantee a specific availability percentage.

Disclaimers

The product is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brotherhood Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Billing

If paid plans are introduced or selected, applicable pricing, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
