Who we are
Brotherhood Consulting is an online-only AI marketing agency operating as an Indian proprietorship. Brotherhood Intelligence is a product of Brotherhood Consulting and is designed to help business users manage reputation signals, search visibility, customer behavior, and marketing workflow.
You can contact us at ayush@brotherhoodconsulting.com.
Information we process
- Account/profile details such as name and email address.
- Authentication and session data are handled by Supabase Auth when users sign in with email or Google.
- Workspace settings and business-location configuration that a user chooses to store.
- Optional private-feedback content: name, contact information, message, and optional rating.
- Technical and security logs that hosting infrastructure may process during normal operation.
Private-feedback ratings are optional. Brotherhood Consulting does not route any public customer differently based on a rating, and information submitted through the public private-feedback form is not copied or submitted to Google.
How we use information
We use the information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Brotherhood Intelligence, to respond to support requests, and to meet operational, security, and legal requirements.
Service providers
- Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure.
- Railway for application hosting.
- Zernio: unified API provider — Google Business Profile access, review synchronization, reply publishing (merchant-approved only), and messaging integrations.
- Google only where users choose Google sign-in or choose Google location services.
Google Business Profile access is conducted through our unified API provider (Zernio). Zernio holds the Google-issued tokens on our behalf under its own security controls. Our platform holds the Zernio API credential, encrypted at rest, server-side only, never exposed to browsers. Review data synchronized from Google is stored in our encrypted database. Completing this integration is a launch-blocking requirement before live Google connectivity ships — and is now implemented.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI models. We may share information with the service providers listed above as needed to operate the product, or where required by applicable law, enforceable legal process, or to protect the security and integrity of the service.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. We do not claim that end-to-end encryption or any other specific encryption protection is currently implemented across every system.
Data retention
Information is retained as long as necessary for operational, security, and legal purposes. Some security logs, backups, or legally required records may remain temporarily after an account is closed or a deletion request is processed.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing us at ayush@brotherhoodconsulting.com. If you used Google sign-in, you may revoke access through your Google Account permissions page. Revoking Google sign-in access does not by itself delete your Brotherhood Intelligence account.
Business-user eligibility
Brotherhood Intelligence is intended for business users who are able to form a binding contract and who are authorized to manage the business information they submit.
Explicit commitments
- Brotherhood Consulting does not create, fabricate, or submit customer reviews.
- Google user data is not sold.
- Google user data is not used to train generalized AI models.
- Information submitted through the public private-feedback form is not copied or submitted to Google.
- No public customer is routed differently based on a rating.
- Google user data obtained through a connected Google Business Profile is used only for the merchant-authorized features, consistent with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Business Profile connectivity (when enabled)
Google Business Profile access tokens for connected profiles are held by our unified API provider, Zernio, on our behalf. Brotherhood does not store Google refresh tokens directly. We access review data — and, when you enable them, publishing and inbox features — through Zernio’s API. When you connect a Google Business Profile, the Google consent screen will disclose the third-party processor (Zernio) and request the business.manage scope on Brotherhood’s behalf. You may disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations; disconnection revokes the token at the provider and stops all further reads and writes.
Google Business Profile features
When a merchant authorizes connectivity, the connection (through our processor Zernio) processes authorized account, location, review, and reply data only for the features the merchant has enabled.
Auto-replies (opt-in)
Merchants may optionally enable template-based auto-replies for incoming reviews. When enabled, auto-replies are generated from merchant-authored templates, attributed to the merchant’s account, recorded in the audit trail, and remain the merchant’s responsibility. Auto-reply is a response mechanism only — it never gates, filters, or routes any customer’s access to the Google review flow, and is disabled by default.
Policy changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, without claiming formal certification or guaranteed compliance with any specific law.
